DogTown

DogTown, a series on the National Geographic Channel follows the recovery of dogs across the country. This season will focus on 4 of the many pitbulls that have been rescued from the property of Michael Vick's "Bad Newz Kennels" and rehabilitated. I am an animal lover and found this television review on the New York Times website. The review instantly caught my attention with a picture captioned "Georgia, covered with scars and missing teeth from her fighting days at Michael Vick’s kennel, now lives at a sanctuary" melted my heart. Im interested in seeing how these dogs that were used for brutal fighting purposes can be trained to live in a normal healthy habitat. DogTown airs Fridays at 9pm.
