3rd Annual Organic Potato Festival

On October 4th- 5th from 11 am to 6 pm Ana Marie Organic Farms will be hosting the annual Organic Potato Festival at the County Fair Antiques on Route 82 in Millbrook . Ana Marie Farms specialize in making organic olive oil. For the past 3 years "Punched Potatoes" has been a dish to rave about at the festival. Ana Marie hailing from Portugal uses here traditional Portuguese style of cooking in both her olive oil and her potato recipes.
