Go figure.

According to Telegraph.co.uk, worms that mutated as a result of the toxic waste that they live in are going to be used to clean up that same toxic waste.

Mark Hodson of the University of Reading proposed that if we can take a look at what happens to toxic heavy metals inside the organs of the mutated worms, we might be able to use these worms to clean up the soil.

I find it remarkable that the worms were able to evolve to withstand these conditions. I've heard people say that cockroaches are going to outlive humans.

Looks like worms are, too.
