Saturday afternoon in the quad outside of Old Main ... yep that large area of grass, there was a battle of the bands. It seemed to be hosted by Jeff Fonda, Mikey Ouimet, and Will Darling.
The bands that played all had different styles, yet it was great to see them perform.
The bands were All I Can Say, Nuclear Holocausts, Tripmonk, Vision Through Sound, and Adir Cohen.
The crowd was small, yet the people that were there seemed to be having fun. You had your typical "groupies", the people in the front "dancing", the couple on the blanket, and the people who wore t-shirts of old and famous bands, such as The Clash.
It was fun, but next time there should be better publicity for this event. My friends performed in it and I found out like two days before it. Either way, it was a good time!
