The Carnivore's Dilema?




Professor Hermes spoke in class the other day about the butchery near New Paltz that sold all grass-fed, organic meat.


I stumbled across this rather distressing article and can't imagine how the carnivore's out there feel. The idea that we are literally eating all of our livestock seems kind of absurd but it's happening. It's even getting to the stage where the tastiest and most popular breeds of chicken, beef and lamb are having their sperm and ovaries removed so we can keep on eating them in the future.


Sperm banks for our meat? What will it come to next?!
