Live From New York it is Sarah Palin and Hillary Clinton

If you have yet to see the 34th season premiere of Saturday Night Live you are missing out! The opening of the show is former SNL head writer Tina Fey and current SNL player Amy Poehler addressing the nation as Republican Vice Presidential Candidate and Governor of Alaska Sarah Palin and Democratic New York Senator Hillary Clinton. This opening skit will be sure to go down in SNL history.

Palin and Clinton came together to send a "nonpartisan message" asking for an end to sexism in the presidential campaigns.

Poehler did her usual dead-on impression of Clinton but it was Fey who in my opinion took home all the laughs with her witty impression of the Vice Presidential Candidate. It was great to see two women comedians bring such humor during this political election. In my opinion this skit--and hopefully many more--made the whole show and are sure to be the best part of the whole election season
