The threat of technology taking over the importance of the individual has been in existence since the turn of the century and the industrial revolution. Technology has become inbred in American society, but when is it time to say enough is enough? This article from the Times emphasizes the depth of technology's infiltration in this country and discusses the confusion and potential damage that this may cause in our already fragile and browbeaten financial system.
