The demand for organic food is increasing in the South West. It is predicted by the Regional Development Agency and the Soil Association that the production of organic food is going to be doubled within the next four years. There are more farms in the region that are growing organic food then conventional grown crops. This increase in production is good because it will secure more jobs and will help the environment. The development agency is trying to get stores to get more organic foods and drinks to be sold.
