Vampire Frenzy

The star of a movie no one has even seen yet has been setting malls across America into an uproar. Robert Pattinson who plays perfect vampire boyfriend in the upcoming movie Twilight has gone on a mall tour and turning young girls there into vampire loving animals. The movie has not even come out into theaters yet, but young girls have been traveling from long distances to see Pattinson make his appearances. Only the first 500 fans online get an autograph, the rest just get to see him from a distance. Many people even camped out over night hoping to meet him. The article in the New York Times describes the different frantic reactions of fans who got the chance to walk past a table and say hello to Pattinson as he signed a poster for them. It was very descriptive of all the different types of girls, moms, and the occasional young boy who went up to him. It gave a good picture of the insanity that is Pattinson's mall tour. Girls were fainting, tears were streaming down cheeks, screams were yelled at high frequencies and a nose was broken. It also said that many of the first showings for Twilight are already sold out. I just think it is so crazy that people are so into this movie and this actor that they have never seen before. I know it was a huge book, but that doesn't mean the movie won't suck. Many books that have been turned into movies have been horrible.
