According to this article in the New York Times, the U.N. reported a cocktail of chemicals blotting out the sun in certain areas of the world. The layer of brown clouds over parts of Asia is sometimes over a mile thick and visible from airplanes. Los Angeles is a city also known for its intense amount of smog. According to The Zonie Report of Arizona in this article, there is also serious brown cloud over Phoenix. Although we think we are immune to this in America, we are not and need to pay attention too. We seem to be destroying our world and doing little to save it.
