I know that we all waited a really, really, really long time for the new (and somewhat disappointing) GNR album, but Kevin Cogill just couldn't wait. You see Mr. Cogill will go down in history as the blogger who released nine of the 15 tracks off of the Chinese Democracy track line up. What a shame that this blogger just couldn't keep the tracks on his IPOD or in his hard drive. Cogill plead guilty in a Los Angeles court after pleading not guilty in his first court appearance. In my opinion it really doesn't matter anyway because no one could stop the flop that was Axl's return to the Billboard Album Charts. A dismal 250,000 copies the first week. EEEKKK!!! And to think he wasted almost $15 million.
