Newburgh Police look for Murder Suspect

The City of Newburgh Police are searching for the last of three murder suspects dating back to a homicide that occurred on November 16, 2008. David M. DeLaine is wanted for a robbery that ultimately led to the stabbing and killing of a 31 year old man. DeLaine is only seventeen years old and the other two assailants are 15 and16 years old and now they are facing second degree murder. This is happeneing more and more with the youth in crime ridden areas and there has to be more control and responsibility held against those who commit these crimes.
