Coldplay Being Sued

Coldplay is being sued by a 52 year old guitarist. The guitarist, Joe Satriani, is saying that Coldplay's "Viva la Vida" instrumental is plagarized from Satriani's "If I Could Fly." Satriani is hoping to receive damages and any and all profits from the copyright infringement, if the jury finds there to be one. I mean I don't really like Coldplay so I don't care if they get sued, but it would be nice if they didn't plagarize, considering they did get seven Grammy nominations.
